My Name is Arrow Bank

Welcome to Arrow Bank!

Here’s what former Adirondack Bank customers need to know.

Updated July 1, 2026

We’re excited to announce that Arrow Bank National Association has acquired Adirondack Bank, bringing together two institutions that share a long-standing commitment to serving our customers and supporting our local communities.

During this transition, we will build upon the trust you placed in Adirondack Bank while offering you expanded resources and capabilities through Arrow Bank. Below is some important information. Keep checking back here for the latest information.

What This Means for You

  • Continue banking as normal. Your routing number and account number(s) have not changed. Your debit cards and checks are still active, as are your digital and online services.

  • Same bank locations. You can use the same bank branch locations, and enjoy the same friendly, expert service from the team you know.

  • Commitment to our communities. Arrow Bank will continue to support local initiatives, volunteer efforts and charitable contributions throughout our footprint.

FAQs

You can always visit your local branch team who will be happy to help. Please call us at (866) 248-6366 and follow the prompts for former Adirondack Bank customers.

Your routing number and account number(s) will not change. Please continue banking as normal.

Your debit card is still active so please bank as normal. Later this year, we will send you a new debit card from Arrow Bank.

Your checks are still active so please bank as normal. Starting in August, checks due for reorder will have Arrow Bank branding. Your existing supply of Adirondack Bank checks is fine to use.

While Adirondack Bank will become Arrow Bank, nothing regarding your loan has changed. Please continue to make payments as you normally would.

After July 1, please be aware that we will no longer offer some in-branch services such as cash advances, gift cards, money orders and in-person credit card payments. If there are any changes in the future, we’ll be sure to inform you.

Continue using the apps and any online platforms as you normally would. We are planning technology updates in late 2026 and will reach out with any relevant information.

  • In the weeks after July 1, you will start to see Arrow Bank branding in your local branches.
  • Our banking systems will transition to Arrow Bank later this year.
  • During this transition, you may see the Adirondack Bank logo on documents and in bank platforms. After July 1, those references should be understood to mean Arrow Bank.

Continue all of your banking services as normal. The team will reach out shortly after July 1 to introduce themselves and start getting you prepared for the system updates in Q4.

Arrow Bank is planning to close an Adirondack branch located on Route 3 in Plattsburgh since an existing Arrow Bank location is right around the corner. Customers will hear more about that transition over the summer.

If there are any other branch changes, Arrow Bank will reach out and stay in communication. Arrow Bank is a long-standing community bank and prides itself on providing the personalized, local service you have come to expect.

Arrow Bank is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government and each depositor is insured to at least $250,000.

If you held any deposits at Adirondack Bank, those deposits will continue to be insured separately until at least January 2, 2027.

After January 2, 2027, or such later date as may be available by applicable law, any deposits from Adirondack Bank will be added to any deposits you may hold at Arrow Bank to determine FDIC coverage. If you held any Adirondack Bank Certificates of Deposit (CDs), those will be insured separately until January 2, 2027, or until the next renewal date, whichever is later. In addition, if you have a CD that is renewed for the same term and amount during this six-month period, the CD will continue to be insured separately until the next renewal date.
