No, your account numbers will stay the same and there’s nothing you need to do to maintain your accounts, direct deposits or automatic payments.

No, any payments or deposits you have set up will continue as normal. There’s nothing you need to do.

There are no changes to the bank’s routing number for the foreseeable future. Continue banking as you normally would.

Since Saratoga National Bank is now named Arrow Bank, you will need to download the new Arrow Bank Personal or Business app if you use them beginning on July 21.

While your accounts will migrate over, if you use the Personal app you will need to set up some services including Zelle^®, SecurLOCK, External Transfers, etc.

• If you already use the Glens Falls National Bank (soon to be Arrow Bank) Internet Banking and Personal app, you don’t need to do anything. Simply keep using those services and your Saratoga National accounts will fold in. Dual customers need to log in with GFN credentials.

Starting on July 21, you will be able to download the new Arrow Bank Personal app and the Arrow Bank Business App from your favorite app store.

In order to use our automated phone system the first time on or after July 21, customers who used the Saratoga National Bank service will need to re-enroll by calling (866) 357-2094. During re-enrollment:

• You will be prompted to enter your Social Security number and PIN
• Your initial PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security number
• You will then be prompted to reset your PIN

Call us at (518) 793-4121 if you need help re-enrolling beginning Monday, July 21.

Continue using your checks as normal. When you’re due to order a new supply, your new stock will have the Arrow Bank branding. If you used Saratoga National Bank checks, note that after July 21 any reorders will have the Arrow Bank routing number 021302554. However, you won’t need to adjust any of your existing payments or deposits due to the routing number.

Access to Purchase Rewards within our Saratoga National Bank platforms paused effective May 19. It will be available within the Arrow Bank platforms at a later date.
